Delivery
- Orders below £15 - £1.50

- Orders £75 & above (excluding framed artwork) - FREE
- Framed Artwork is £10 please note this is delivered separately
Charges are for delivery to the UK mainland only.
- Please allow 3 - 5 working days from placing your order
- If your order includes framed artwork, please allow 5 - 7 working days for delivery
Delivery in the UK: We deliver to all mainland UK addresses.
Outside the UK: At present, we are not currently shipping outside of the UK mainland. If you do require products to be shipped to you outside of the UK mainland, please do get in touch with us at hello@byamengland.com and we will do what we can to help.
Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your BYAM products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your product please contact us at directly on hello@byamengland.com - please ensure to include your order number, full name and details of your issue.
- Please retain your postal receipt until we have safely received your parcel as we may need to see this if it doesn’t reach us.
- Any postage incurred by the customer will only be reimbursed by us if the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
- We will aim to process returns within 14 working days of receipt, any refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Please return the product to us unused and in a saleable condition. The product must be returned to us with the original packaging that it was delivered to you in. We will refund you the price that you paid for the product, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. You will have to pay the cost of returning the product to us.
Please ensure that you receive and keep proof of postage or delivery. We advise you to use a form of tracked delivery service when returning products to us.
We will only be responsible for your returned product once it has been safely received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
All returned products will be examined by us upon receipt. We will not provide you with a full refund if the product shows signs of any use whatsoever (which extends beyond unpackaging the product), for example: if candles have been lit, or linens are stained. Art products should remain in the original protective packaging that they were delivered to you in.
In circumstances where we are not providing you with a refund in full, we will notify you via telephone or e-mail that we are only offering you a reduced refund amount. You can then either choose to accept that reduced refund amount, or arrange for us to return the product to you in the condition that it was received by us. You will have 14 days to decide from the date of us first notifying you of the options available. We may deduct reasonable delivery costs in the event that you want us to return the product to you in these circumstances.
Please note: Personalised products are not returnable / refundable.
In the unfortunate event your product arrives damaged, we will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Please get in touch with us on hello@byamengland.com.
When emailing us, please include your order number, a description of the fault or damage discovered by you and photos of the fault or damage. We need this to process your return, and to either offer you a replacement product, or refund, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to refer any returned products which are described as faulty or damaged to our manufacturer, prior to providing you with a refund in full, to obtain a professional determination of whether the product is deemed faulty or damaged. You will be informed of that process if it happens and we will provide you with an opportunity to review any determination made by the manufacturer in the circumstances. Once we have processed your returns, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail. Your payment for the product (including our standard delivery charge) will be refunded by us, as soon as is reasonably possible, by the original payment method used by you. In any event, we aim to ensure that all refunds are processed within 14 days.
